Voip Dialing Plan

All dialing is done as if it were in the States, so a customer that is located internationally would need to dial 011 for any call considered 'international' for the states. However, there are some devices that allow you to remove/change a string in the device settings to allow the dialing to NOT dial the 011 pattern.

SIPURA, Linksys and Cisco users can change the dial plan to make it so their users no longer have to dial 011. They need to replace the dial plan information in the device configuration. Here is the information that they need to replace what they currently have to remove the need to dial 011
